11 Things I’ve Learned in 11 Years of School

As the first week of June draws nearer and nearer, I am constantly reminded that I will be a senior in four months. Not only is it exhilarating and exciting, it’s also terrifying to realize I only have so long before it’s all over. Being a junior, I decided to accumulate some of the things I’ve learned from school that has stuck with me all  these years into a list to hopefully inspire someone else, but also to remind myself of what I truly believe to be important during the academic year.

Recently one of my friends turned seventeen, so I broke my camera out and we had a photo shoot. In the spirit of October, we also took a couple shots that were fall themed.

A Killer Whale Birthday

If you don’t already know, I love orcas. As in, I love orcas so much that I base my school courses on how I can prepare myself to work with them. Recently, a whale near and dear to my heart turned twenty-four, and I got to watch her brief celebration.
